Here is a recent work I did as a personal test in about 4 days to try and practice more organic modeling.
Step 1 : Proportions in 3ds Max
Step 2 : Sculpting on the basic meshes imported from max
Step 3 : "Low Poly" and UV (some retopo for the lower part)
Step 4 : Baking inside Marmoset
Step 5 : Texturing inside Substance Painter
Step 6 : Going to sleep
